Here I will list some recipes to inspire us to eat at least 1 vegetarian meal a week, for a start, with the intention of only eating meat occasionally for me, and cutting it back to a few times a week for the rest of the family unless they wish to join me on only eating meat occasionally.
Creamy pasta bake (from the comments in the Greening of Gavin blog)
1 bag penne pasta
1 jar homemade pasta sauce
1 bottle cream
1 chopped onion
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup of tasty cheese
1 cup of mozzarella cheese
Boil penne pasta till aldente strain and put in a baking tray pour over some yummy homemade pasta sauce add the bottle of cream ,onion and mushrooms mix it it round till its combined sprinkle cheese of top, bake till golden on top. Serve with homegrown salad.
